 ain! We're planning our annual Can't Stop the Serenity screening!   Place: 
  Portage Theater 4050 N. Milwaukee Ave. Chicago  Date: Saturday\, August 28
   Time: TBA\; main program likely to start around 7:00\, with pre-show mini
 -shindig preceding  Show: "Serenity" on a big\, big screen Additional progr
 amming TBA (but we think it's gonna make you say "Shiny!") Costume contest\
 , auction\, door prizes and the usual shenanigans   Tickets are $10 in adva
 nce\, $15 cashy money at the box office on the day. No tickets will be sold
  at the Portage's box office prior to the day of the show.   Tickets are no
 w on sale at the Chicagoland Browncoats website.  Proceeds benefit Equality
  Now and House of the Good Shepherd. If you'd like to bring food\, clothing
  or household items to donate to the House\, we will be collecting them at 
 the theater. Check our website for updates as to what items the House needs
  most.   IMPORTANT! We have a lot of choices for T-shirt and hoodie colors 
 and styles this year (and we all get excitable as to choice...) BUT we will
  not be able to carry every color\, style and size at the theatre. If you w
 ant to ensure that you get the color\, style and size you prefer\, please o
 rder by Monday\, June 7. We apologize for the short notice\; right now we a
 re not expecting the global organizers to offer a later opportunity to orde
 r\, but if they do we will extend the deadline. Make sure you get the goodi
