Greetings everyone!

We are heading South Of The Border, and to Logan Square for our October First Tuesday meetup!

El Cid is a fantastic Mexican homestyle restaurant conveniently located just north of the Milwaukee/Kedzie/Logan intersection on Kedzie, and right across from the Blue Line, so no need to worry if you have a few Margaritas! Street parking and buses are also easy.

We have a private room with a bar here! Just head straight up the stairs when you walk in the door(the one drawback to this location is no wheelchair access). El Cid is a lot more cozy than some of our other First Tuesday locations so it is a great place to mingle and meet people in a more in-depth and mellow fashion. It has a large and varied menu, and they are famous for their fish tacos. They also have a good selection of basics such as chicken or steak sandwiches. I can personally attest to the awesomeness of their guacamole!

Who to look for:
Greg, Nina, Rob, Ben, Leane, David, and many other regulars. We try to introduce ourselves to everyone, but sometimes we get ambushed on the way. Such is our nature! There are plenty of other great people to meet, so, introduce yourself to someone.

If you plan on being a YES or MAYBE please RSVP sooner rather than later if possible. It helps with the restaurant being able to accomodate anywhere from 30-80 people!
